Two Kumeyaay sculptures, both created by local artist Johnny Bear Contreras, are located outside City Hall. Seeing ('Emaay 'Ehaa Keypina), which replicates a muscular six-foot Native American man wearing traditional Eagle Skirt, greets visitors as they arrive.
